About us: If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. This position is a hybrid role that combines content creation with technology and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, publish, track, and optimize written and visual content across multiple marketing channels. You will use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to reach our target audience effectively. A successful candidate will deliver compelling content to the right person at the right place at the right time.Position Summary:

• The ideal candidate needs to be hands-on with strong communication and organizational skills.
• The candidate should have the ability to (help) develop and implement processes and strategies to optimize digital strategy and content creation.
• The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and creativity to help improve marketing productivity and efficiency.Essential Duties:
  • Develop a digital marketing strategy with the CMO that includes owned, paid, and earned media to improve awareness, engagement, and leads
  • Produce relevant and differentiating content for our brand channels based on a solid understanding of our products' science and mechanism of action and a holistic view of industry and market trends, competitive landscape, and target audience personas.
  • As necessary, lead the sustaining marketing activities for existing campaigns, including updating marketing materials, web pages, emails, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Analyze the actions of website users to identify and implement changes that will increase engagement and improve their experience across the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the CRM database specialist to grow customer database/visibility through targeted digital strategies (LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, etc.)
  • Develop budgets for online advertising campaigns and track performance against KPIs.
  • Deliver detailed reporting and analytics that show digital marketing's impact on revenue monthly and create ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Ensure all content is consistent and on-brand.
  • Stay up to date with content trends, customer preferences, and advancements in technology.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 3+ years work experience in B2B Marketing with a focus on digital strategy and content
    • Familiarity with leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
    • Strong knowledge and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up to date working knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
