Technical Writer Apex Systems, 2nd Largest IT Staffing Firm in the country, is looking for a Technical Writer for one of our largest clients in South Florida. The ideal candidate, in addition to meeting the requirements below, will also be a great communicator and a go-getter personality. If you are interesting he hearing more about the opportunity, please send a copy of your resume to Technical Recruiter, Danielle Lorenzen, at Job Description: --- Analyze requirements and write/create/documentations for functional, business and technical requirements. --- Interview and work with different team members to gather information for any responses not readily available in existing documentation. --- Organize the various inputs and responses to individual requirements to create a formatted document. --- Review and perform final edits for spelling / grammar / consistency of all documents. --- Review vendor provided documentation to ensure it complies with project requirements, department standards and operational needs. --- Utilize file system to organize versions on sharepoint, one drive and other Microsoft office products. --- Ensure that the appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) is in place to assure documentation accuracy. --- Define and develop recurrent review/update process to ensure all documentation developed is kept up to date and reflects accurately current structure and functions. --- Actively participate as a member of the team to move toward the completion of goals --- Communicate recommendations to take preventative steps and initiate further action to ensure comprehensive and complete documentation --- Work in multi-discipline team in architecture, operations, engineering, finance and develop common terminology to make documentation consistent. --- Accomplish tasks by considering all areas involved for small or large assignments working in multi-discipline teams.Again, if interested in the opportunity, please send your resume to Danielle and she will give you a call!EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
