Manager based in an office location or as a telecommuter you can

As a Marketing
Manager in customer marketing, you must be highly customer-focused
and ready to
learn in order to develop and manage customer retention and growth
This role will lead marketing efforts by collaborating and
partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and outside
- Develop scalable marketing programs and campaigns. Develop
execute customer marketing strategies and campaigns that support
customer lifecycle and drive retention, loyalty and revenue.
- Write. Successfully produce and support the
development of valuable and creative collateral, engaging content
success stories, and implement programs from ideation to execution,
additional supporting materials with excellent writing skills.
- Communicate. Lead and actively participate in meetings
internally and externally always demonstrating strong and clear
skills in person and virtually via WebEx and Zoom.
- Collaborate. Work closely with cross-functional teams
within ACI to coordinate and develop marketing assets, activities
campaigns. In addition, work closely
with our external go-to marketing agencies and partners.
- Track ROI. Develop reporting and strategies to track,
analyze and measure campaign ROI/marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns. Deploy
digital marketing campaigns via Salesforce, Marketo and Gainsight
needed, and support various marketing channels including adoption
portal, onboarding, webinars, email, website, and customer
- Track expenses and
Manage marketing expenses in detail to ensure budgets are adhered
- Be organized. Maintain marketing and communication plans,
budget, monthly reports and other key documents vital to team
- Enable and support PR programs to promote customers. Work with
customers to develop
press releases, case studies, testimonials and assets.
- Understand and Adhere to all Corporate
Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and
- Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree a
- 5+ years related experience
- Leadership experience required
- Experience in B2C adoption marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
and presentation skills
- Up to date with latest trends and proven experience
optimizing best practices in marketing
- Experience with
Digital Marketing channels including email, SEO/SEM and Social
- Exceptional negotiation skills at a cross-functional
level, building relationships with senior leaders for collaborating
- Experience with various marketing and web tools including
WebEx, Salesforce, Gainsight and Marketo
- Proven ability to effectively engage with a wide variety
of internal audiences and educate customers, vendors, and
- Demonstrable experience in marketing elements
and market research methods
- Payments and software industry knowledge and B2B experience
