fast-paced world of property management and develop valuable skills
for your future career. What You’ll Do As a Property Management
Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to support
day-to-day operations and contribute to key projects.
Responsibilities may include: Property Operations: Assist in
resident communications, lease administration, maintenance work
orders and property inspections. Event Planning: Support planning
and execution of resident events to foster community engagement.
Marketing and Social Media: Help create content, post updates, and
promote properties through digital platforms. Administrative
Support: Organize and maintain records, process applications, and
handle inquiries. Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor
relationships and scheduling maintenance services. Research and
Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor data to support
leasing strategies. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in

Currently enrolled in a college/university program related to
Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a similar field. Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work
environment. Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
