KPC Promise Healthcare: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall serve as the official representative of the Governing Board, and as such is responsible for all strategic and operational functions of the facility. Leading the facility senior management, he/she is responsible for developing and implementing the mission and vision of the facility. He/she has responsibility for meeting the goals and objectives of the facility, including all operational, financial (budget), and quality indicators. Leading the facility senior management team, he/she is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the KPC PROMISE brand, developing and maintaining positive physician relationships, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with all referral source facilities leadership teams. He/she promotes a culture that reflects the organization's mission and values, and encourages the development of high performing teams, rewarding positive performance and productivity.QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's Degree in Hospital and/or Health Care Administration preferred.2. Minimum of five years of acute and/or post acute hospital experience in senior leadership role.3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:Physical: Walking - up to 25% Standing - up to 25% Kneeling - up to 10%Sitting - up to 80% Pushing - up to 10% Bending - up to 25%Squatting - up to 10% Pulling - up to 10% Reaching - up to 35%Lifting - up to 30 lbs. Wrist/Finger Movements - up to 90%Mental: Stress Level: HighEXPOSURE RISK: Category III - Jobs in which required tasks involve no greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor.
