Job Description:

Avante at Boca Raton - Avante Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Receptionist, to provide administrative duties, answering phones and other day-to-day administrative functions and also to follow-up on functions to assist the Administrator in meeting the administrative needs of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that proper Administrative procedures and confidentiality maintained at all times.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of High School Education.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must have at least (6) months experience in a clerical position.
Must have knowledge of office machines, i.e. computer, 10 key calculator and typewriter
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Quick learner. Willing to be cross-trained.
Team player.
Positive attitude toward the public and elderly.
Customer service oriented.
