Job DescriptionRYVAN Recruiting is searching for an Office Administrator for our client in Boca Raton. The Office Clerk will be responsible for general office tasks such as answering calls, data entry, filing, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and questions
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain common office areas
  • Provide logistical support within warehouse and shipping/receiving
  • Update Order forms and enter in cycle counts into system
  • Process any change orders and relay info to distribution team
  • May need to visit non air conditioned warehouse as needed
  • Other responsibilities may be included

    Requirements:
    • 2+ year's experience as an office assistant
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • High school diploma or higher ? Associated degree preferred
    • Understanding of office management procedures
    • Organized time management skills: ability to shift priorities as needed
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screensONSITE - Direct Hire - $16-$18/hr
