Overview Summary of Position Requirements Administrative support for Regional VP of Land, National VP of Land and Regional Operations Controller including preparation of business letters, memos and correspondence via email, phone and fax. - Additionally, responsibilities include arranging conference calls, coordinating travel, file organization and ensuring arrival of documents at divisional offices for use during on-going meetings. - #CB #LI-CF1 Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to Regional VP of Land and Regional Operations Controller
  • Type professional letters, memos, emails and other correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls
  • Maintain regional files
  • Work on various special projects as assigned by Regional VP of Land
  • Make business travel arrangements
  • Various accounts payable activity including processing obtaining required approvals and submitting to regional AP for payment
  • Establish and maintain appropriate documentation and files as needed Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 5 years experience in high level administration
    • Excellent written, oral and organizational
    • Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
    • Proficient in Word and Excel Type Regular Full-Time
