Job Description:

The Receptionist greets visitors and answers phones in a
professional, cheerful manner. This position is also responsible
for other various office duties.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Provides administrative support to the Office Manager or
Department Manager, including scheduling appointments, meetings and
travel arrangements.
+ Screens and responds to telephone calls and greets visitors .
+ Signs for incoming packages, notifies Associates of deliveries,
and handles the office mail.
+ Picks up and sorts incoming mail.
+ Sends Federal Express and other packages as scheduled.
+ Handles postage machine.
+ Checks copiers daily to be sure they are full of paper and
problem-free.
+ Keeps receptionist area and conference area neat and clean.
+ Orders office supplies as needed.
+ Updates phone list and distributes as needed.
+ Assists department with other duties as needed.
+ Coordinates various activities for office events.
+ Works on special projects and ensures all processes are completed
timely.
+ Participates in Company-provided training such as safety,
non-discrimination, information systems and harassment
prevention.
+ Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health
and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local,
state, and federal laws.
**Education/Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of one to two years office administration or other
relevant experience is required.
**Skills/Specialized Knowledge**
+ Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in
English.
+ Ability to use a personal computer and have a working knowledge
of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax
machine, printer, scanner and copier,
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to
relate to others.
+ Professional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
