Job Description Key Responsibilities : --- HOA and related
documents for permitting new jobs and/or revisions and corrections
--- Managing any and all HOA interactions --- Support Operations
team --- Perform 30, 90, 120, 365-day follow up calls with clients
- asking for 5-star reviews Required Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities (KSAs) --- Legally authorized to work in the United
States, full-time, for an indefinite period --- Valid Florida
Driver---s License --- Ability to reliably commute to Company
office on time, every day --- Strong work ethic --- Strong
problem-solving skills --- Strong computer systems skills,
including MS Office Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
(KSAs) --- Administrative or HOA related experience --- Minimum 2-3
years Telephonic customer service experience --- Coordination of
construction services with municipalities --- Proficiency in
project management software, strong computer skills, including
