Job Description Key Responsibilities : --- HOA and related documents for permitting new jobs and/or revisions and corrections --- Managing any and all HOA interactions --- Support Operations team --- Perform 30, 90, 120, 365-day follow up calls with clients - asking for 5-star reviews Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) --- Legally authorized to work in the United States, full-time, for an indefinite period --- Valid Florida Driver---s License --- Ability to reliably commute to Company office on time, every day --- Strong work ethic --- Strong problem-solving skills --- Strong computer systems skills, including MS Office Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) --- Administrative or HOA related experience --- Minimum 2-3 years Telephonic customer service experience --- Coordination of construction services with municipalities --- Proficiency in project management software, strong computer skills, including software Company Description We only hire and keep the best talent in the industry and we pride ourselves on our integrity and honesty with our clients, partners, and employees.
