Job Description:
Career position with small, rapidly growing, germicidal products
development and manufacturing company, producing unique,
state-of-the-art infection control products in high demand.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant with
strong Customer Service skills to perform a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative
Assistant will include customer email and telephone support,
receive inquiries, take phone orders, and light manufacturing
support when needed. Some local and overnight travel required.
Company will train successful candidate.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written
communication skills, pleasant, outgoing personality, good computer
skills and willingness to be a team player and help out wherever
necessary.

Responsibilities:
Proven admin or assistant experience preferred
Customer email and telephone support
Answer telephone calls and pass them on
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine
inventory level anticipating needed supplies; placing and
expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Light manufacturing support when required
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Contribute to team effort
Some local and overnight travel
