    • Contacting distributors to get updated shipping information
    • Speaking with clients and answering any questions about product & when it's supposed to be delivered.
    • Assisting with entering timesheets and expense reports
    • Other administrative tasks such as: Filing, Data Entry and scanning
    • Working on special projects What is preferred of the Administrative Assistant?
      • 2+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
      • Basic Excel knowledge
      • Good customer service skills
      • Good critical thinking/problem solving skills.
      • Ability to work as a team player.
