- Contacting distributors to get updated shipping
- Speaking with clients and answering any questions about product
& when it's supposed to be delivered.
- Assisting with entering timesheets and expense reports
- Other administrative tasks such as: Filing, Data Entry and
- Working on special projects What is preferred of the
- 2+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Good critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
