We are looking for a high-energy OFFICE/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR to join our team. Must have enthusiasm for serving customers, outstanding communication skills and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position is the initial contact to our customers and office staff and plays an important function by providing excellent service to our team and customers. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Answer phones and direct to appropriate departments; maintain office equipment and supplies; Contract Administrator for residential contracts to include billing, contract set-up and follow-up, and monthly renewal letters; preparing residential service invoices and customer statements; monthly reports for contracts, warranties, callbacks, sales; back up for scheduling when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- - - - - - - - -High school diploma or equivalent
- - - - - - - - -Pass background check & drug screen
- - - - - - - - -Previous experience and/or training in customer service
- - - - - - - - -Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access
- - - - - - - - -Experience with TMS (Team Management Software) a plus
