Job Description:

Alluvion is hiring for a Commercial Lines Admin/Tech Specialist located in Boca Raton, FL. This role will site on-site Job Summary:Performs the essential functions of the position, which include aiding clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service and marketing responsibilities are required in this position. Overview:

  • Making and receiving phone calls from existing customers as part of the Customer Service Department. Work is routed through a service queue providing even split of workload among staff.
  • Fielding customer service questions & concerns, either through written communication or phone calls
  • Processing endorsements on existing policies per the insured's request
  • Payment processing
  • Quoting changes for existing customer policies
  • Clearly documenting all interaction with existing customers in agency management system.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues. Ability to receive and interpret complex information and respond appropriately.
    • Ability to understand written and oral communication and interpret abstract information.
    • Thorough, detail-oriented to manage multiple clients, tasks and requests
    • Adequate knowledge of rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned client and prospect lists.
    • Knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets.
    • Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.
    • Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality.
    • Professional, committed and self-motivated with the ability to focus on daily tasks
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
