DescriptionThere is an excellent career opportunity being offered by OfficeTeam for a highly motivated, self-starting General Office Clerk. This essential role is for a candidate who loves organization, order, and people and is available for short-term temporary employment in the Boca Raton, Florida area. In this General Office Clerk role, you will be performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.Your responsibilities

  • Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
  • Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
  • Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties
  • All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Offer a warm face for customersRequirements
    • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
    • Microsoft Word experience
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
    • Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Skilled in handling office equipment
    • High school diploma or its equivalent is required
