Job Description:
Accounting Associate Miramar FL Overview: Client is hiring for a
Temp to Perm Accounting Associate position with a permanent salary
range of $55K $60K. Ideal for recent college graduates or
candidates with 1 2 years of experience. Flexible Monday Friday
schedule with start times between 8:00 AM 9:30 AM. Role begins
onsite; eligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after 6 months
of employment post-conversion. Position includes 6 8 weeks of
training. Responsibilities: Complete monthly reconciliations of 40
General Ledger accounts Review monthly BSG reconciliations Analyze
sales expense reports vs. budget Compile and distribute monthly
financial statements and reports Analyze monthly GL expenses vs.
prior year; identify causes of fluctuations Reconcile and review
gross profit GL postings Prepare monthly executive team expense
reconciliations Prepare monthly Juice Department P&L and
M&E reports Analyze bonus/incentive payments vs. bill-backs and
accruals Review and reconcile bank deposit cash postings Prepare
and post journal entries as needed Track and verify all incentive
program payments/submissions Process incentive payouts and submit
to payroll Recap incentive payouts by team member Process
bill-backs to suppliers for incentive programs Prepare analysis
reports as needed Process monthly revenue, PST, and commission
payouts Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or
Accounting Recent graduate or 1 2 years of experience Experience
with journal entries, fixed assets, and reconciliations
Intermediate Excel skills (Excel testing required) ERP experience
