Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
handle patient calls in a remote Call Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer heavy call volume and address patient questions and concerns
in a friendly and empathetic manner
Forward calls to alternate billing departments when necessary
Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client
rules and expectations
Required Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS
Outlook, Word, and Excel
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Some knowledge of Insurance Billing preferred
Quick learner and willing to ask questions
Able to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain
composure
