Senior Registered Investment Adviser Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Registered Investment Adviser Specialist for a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls on various product types such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds
Provide subject matter expertise on third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and key stakeholders
Identify process improvements, implement solutions, and increase productivity

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience in client service and operations
Holds a Series 6 or 7 licensing or willing to attain within one year
Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
