Job Description:
We are looking for a Collections Specialist who can provide A/R
support to our Cash and Collections Team located in Rochelle Park,
NJ.Responsibilities & Requirements:--- Strong Collection background
including reconciliation of aged items and chargebacks.--- Acts as
backup for other Cash Application team members when necessary.---
Reconcile payments as indicated on client's remittance
documents.--- Assist with reviewing cash batches for posting.---
Experience with applying cash in JDE and general knowledge of
various payment alternatives (ACH, Wire Transfers, Bank Drafts).---
Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating
workload.--- Self-motivated to manage processes and workload.---
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint)--- Knowledge of JD Edwards Oracle--- Ability
to communicate at all levels and with all departments within the
