Our cash management client is looking for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant is responsible for assigned monthly journal entries, closing responsibilities, analytics, and reporting. You will be part of the monthly closing, analytical, reconciliation and reporting processes. The position requires someone who is very hands-on with strong analytical skills who wants to go beyond the numbers. This Mid-Senior level position operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days per week in their Boca Raton, FL office. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, depending on skills and experience Responsibilities: Capital expenditure tracking and reporting. Includes project tracking to budget and timely capitalization Variance analysis on revenue, labor, employee benefits & hiring costs and vehicle repair & maintenance Interim and year-end audit support Working with an integrated ERP platform and participate in the maintaining and updating of it Financial Statement preparation as required for banks and other lenders Participate in creating, updating, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures Ability to collaborate with other areas of the organization to support and improve the business Qualifications: BS degree in accounting 2+ years as a senior accountant Experience with large ERP system; JDE preferred Experience with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required Experience with analytical / reporting tools Knowledge of financial statements and how they relate to each other Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS Experience preferably at a service organization with revenue of more than $300M Proven ability to meet deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
