This affiliation provides AbitOs with access to global resources and expertise, while still maintaining a personalized touch to better serve our clients' needs.SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATEAs a Senior Tax Associate, you can expect to perform the following:Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including OVDP and Streamlined compliance.Review client data and prepare journal entries.ReconciliationsDevelop strong working relationships, including client management and personnel.Education and competencies required for the position as follows:Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Master's preferred.Public accounting experience a MUST (minimum 3 years).Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.Experience with journal entry preparation, accrual vs. cash basis of accounting.Able to calculate GILTIExperience preparing 1040, 8858, 8865, 1120 5472, FBAR and other tax forms.CFC and Foreign Partnerships Categories classificationCheck the Box ElectionRequirements:Additional competencies desired:Computer skills:Experience with Ultra Tax, of Pro Systems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS preferred.Advanced Excel proficiency.Benefits:Competitive salary401(k) plan with Employer matchHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) for additional tax reliefEmployer paid life insuranceEmployer paid "profession based" long-term disabilitySupplemental insuranceGenerous paid time offExcellent work environmentFree ParkingFlexible hoursCPE ReimbursementCPA and EA exam review course and exam fees reimbursement
