JR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE:Want to make a meaningful difference in peoples' lives while earning a competitive salary? Working in small deal teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, the Jr. Business Associate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and key decision makers on some of Jushi's most critical corporate initiatives. The Jr. Business Associate will report directly to senior management with decades of experience successfully allocating capital at top hedge funds and private equity firms. The role will be located in Boca Raton, FL.THE TEAM:Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience. -Since its founding in 2018, Jushi has grown from just a handful of people with an idea to more than 1500 employees strong. The Company has scaled its operations in seven states, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Nevada, and Ohio, and has been named by Cannabis Business Times.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO--- as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature's Remedy. Evaluating and analyzing new acquisition and growth opportunitiesPerforming detailed financial modeling and analysisSupporting due diligence processesSynthesizing results of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis into implications, key trends and/or recommendationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial analysis Presenting and developing content for communication to management and executive team throughout all stages of evaluation -WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: -
