If you want to join an accounting firm with "out of the box" thinking, apply here!ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements for a variety of clientsWork with fellow audit and attest staff throughout engagementsBroaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactionsComplete general audit procedures (i.e. coordination of audit closing communications, drafting of client correspondence, resolving open items, etc )Research technical issues using online toolsAssist Seniors in running client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, and completing audit projects while managing to budgetEnsure complete client satisfaction through open communication, and managing and meeting deadlinesWork closely with Partners, Senior Managers, Managers and Seniors on client management, professional development and business development activitiesParticipate in client meetings. May lead client meetings with smaller clients.May supervise, train, and mentor interns on audit projectsAttend professional development and continuing education sessions on a regular basisOther related duties as assignedDesired CredentialsBachelor's or Master's degree in accountingCPA certification or working towards certificationProficiency with personal computers including spreadsheet software programs, general ledger packages, and computerized audit applicationsAbility to problem-solve and think both creatively and logicallyOutstanding leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills fostering client and staff relationships.Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.Ability to attract and develop profitable, sustainable client relationships.
