PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITIONThis position will be responsible for analyzing general ledger accounts, control cash, prepare schedules, prepare and review documents to financial statements and assist in other financial matters. They will be responsible to ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Experience, education, certifications, general knowledge, skills and abilities)Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.-- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.Years of Related Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting, Finance or related field--Essential Functions (Fundamental duties necessary to achieve the objective of the position)Review daily cash management and reporting.Review and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.Update, analyze, and record other AR, prepaid, fixed assets, intangibles, deferred costs, and misc. accrued liability accounts for the group.Maintenance and record keeping of company's insurance portfolio.Oversee and analyze all operating expense schedules and accounts. Process reclassifications based on monthly expense analysis.Analyze and manage monthly sales and use tax returns Update and enter journal entries.Manage tax and insurance related audits as needed.Assist with year end and bank audits as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.--Specific Requirements of the Position (Knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the functions)Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to clearly, concisely and effectively transmit desired messageMust be organized, self starter, --and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time with minimal supervisionDetail oriented and team player.--Mental RequirementsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions to deal with problems involving a few variables and interpret data.-- Powered by JazzHRPI206323593
