Kaufman Rossin has an exciting career opportunity for a tax professional to join our Tax Credits & Incentives Practice. This is a great growth opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to expand their expertise and be part of a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary team within our dynamic firm.

• Assist with all steps of designing, implementing, and conducting R&D Tax Credit projects
• Participate in interviews with subject-matter experts at various levels of an organization in different industries including technology, biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, software, aerospace, etc.
• Perform procedures to investigate relevant facts and collect quantitative and qualitative information required to calculate tax credits
• Analyze technical documentation and accounting data
• Develop quantitative workpapers
• Prepare R&D Tax Credit computations
• Draft technical memoranda
• Research complex tax issues
• Assist with all steps of designing, implementing, and conducting analyses for various tax credits and incentives
  What Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting. A Master's degree in taxation is preferable
  • CPA accreditation preferred
  • Internship or one year of experience in a public accounting firm, either in tax compliance or R&D tax credits
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong verbal communication skills
