Patagon Search (www.PatagonSearch.com) has an immediate, direct-hire opportunity for an Accounting Supervisor with a tremendous, growing, private business in Boca Raton. This is a tremendous growth opportunity and a company where we've done a ton of placements.
The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of the AP Department and have 4 direct reports. They will maintain the Coupa system and procurement/vendor management as well. Additional responsibilities include closing their corporate books on a monthly basis and recording all corporate initiated journal entries. Also reconciling bank accounts and balance sheets, manage fixed asset accounting such as additions, disposals, transfers, etc., which includes monitoring the clearing accounts, entering into the fixed asset system timely, and reconciling balance sheets. Finally, the Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for filing sales taxes, ensuring franchise taxes are compliant, and supporting all audits (workers comp, sales tax, auto, GL, financial, etc).
Experience with programs such as Coupa, Blackline, and Microsoft GP are preferred but not required.
