The Director, Investor Relations will be responsible for
developing, planning, and executing Cross Country Healthcare's
investor relations program to increase the Company's visibility
with the investment community and other external audiences. The
Director will assist in developing the corporate messaging and
communications materials, as well as coordinating targeted
shareholder outreach efforts. This individual will build a
strategic shareholder outreach program, aimed at bolstering
shareholder confidence and enhancing the organization's financial
image. Specifically, this individual will participate in and
partner with senior executives such as the CEO, CFO, and General
Counsel, as well as collaborate with the Finance and Legal teams
for quarterly and annual financial reporting, investor roadshows
and conferences. Depending on conditions, travel is likely.
--- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor and analyst
--- Maintain a positive public image for the organization, building
investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy
for delivering shareholder value.
--- Oversee the quarterly earnings call process including drafting
talking points & responses to Q&A, coordinating the script
preparation and recording, and analyst follow-up calls.
--- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework and
manage the equity research relationships.
--- Analyze internal and external forecasts, data, and assumptions
to provide an aggregated view of expectations and implications for
the stock price and investor/analyst perception.
--- Facilitate financial analyst meetings, which may include
creating and reviewing the agenda, suggesting and setting the
format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may
arise before, during, and after the meeting.
--- Maintain the 'Investor Relations (IR)' section on the company
website at a regular interval.
--- Arrange conferences, roadshows, earnings transcript calls, and
investors interactions whenever required.
--- Support the external reporting process with SEC filings such as
the 10Q, 10K and Annual Report.
--- Prepare detailed, comprehensive analyses of the shareholder
base, as well as targeting of potential investors.
--- Regularly monitor shareholder activity and benchmark the
company's investor engagement.
--- Analyze corporate activities for investors, identifying
networking and other opportunities to build and create new
--- Detects the ongoing operational changes in the organization and
tracking them through ongoing contacts with management and convey
properly with the investors.
--- Performs other related duties as assigned.
--- Reports to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer and will work
closely and collaboratively with the Executive team.
--- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate
Communications, Business, or related field required. MBA
--- 10+ years of investor relations experience in a publicly traded
company required. Healthcare/Staffing company experience
recommender or at an investor relations firm working with
--- Direct work experience in the investment community on the buy
or sell-side a plus
--- Established credibility with the investment community and
